New Music: Nyanda ft Stanley Enow – Slippery When Wet Remix

The Cameroonian King of Francophone Hiphop, Stanley Enow, who recently nabbed #BestNewAct at the MTV African Music Awards 2014, takes things to a new level on this track with Nyanda of the Legendary Jamaican Duet Brick N’ Lace. Listen to the remix of her hit tune “Slippery When Wet”.

Camer Spotlight: Sama Ndango

Let’s just pretend I’ve not been away for a long period, skip the apologies and get into this. Now I’m proudly Cameroonian, and it came to my notice that there were a lot of young talented and innovative Cameroonians out there that were not getting as much credit as they deserve. I started this column to showcase their work and encourage other people who are thinking of doing a similar thing but have never had the encouragement to do so.

OOTD: Playing It Straight

Hey peeps! What have you been doing to keep busy in my absence? Hehe. I have not put up an outfit in AGES. I apologise. As for me, I’ve been tidying up my closet. And by tidying I mean, reshuffling. You heard that right. I’m having one of style epiphanies where you feel like you want to experiment more with your style choices and take fashion risks. And it’s really exciting!  I can’t elaborate on this now because I want to surprise everyone (myself included).

Nevertheless, at the moment, I’m loving the new trend this 2013 which so far has been dominated mainly by monochrome, stripes and two-tone. Read my post on Must-Have Skirts this season.
