Today’s Outfit of The Day is a reminisce of my summer holiday exploits in Nice, France . I took this pictures on our last day there and lost the SD card in my luggage. Well, I’ve been in the middle of moving house and guess what I’ve just stumbled upon? You’re right. My card! The joys of moving/packing. You can’t imagine the number of lost treasures/trash I have found:
-old necklace which I have only worn once.
-favourite Zara slipper which I had almost forgotten about. I just had to wear them again today. Hehehe.
-My SD memory card
-coveted stationery
-Lipgloss, lipsticks, eyeshadow all of the old and not missed.
-My sewing and knitting kit. Oh Lord, what was I thinking when I bought them? That I was going to rekindle my undying love for crocheting? We’ll see how that goes.
Anyhoo, I thought I’d give my What I Wore a much needed updated with these new findings.
On our last day in Nice, I wore this camisole top and matching skirt with a zippered back which I purchased from New Look. I just love a matching ensemble and these two are the perfect match. Everyone though I was wearing a dress. I bought these in the summer and they are out of stock on the New Look site now:( I paired them with my good ole faith Zara barely there combination sandals. I have no excuses for my unredeemable hair and my makeup was almost non-existentheat in that scorching . Well, my excuse is after constant blow-drying of my sea-wet hair, I gave it all up and let nature take its toll on me.
Without further ado, here’s a visual of what I wore:
Cami top – New Look (similar here)
Print skirt – New look (similar here)
Barely there sandals – Zara (gold version here)
Ever faithful red shoulder bag – Zara
I’ve paired also paired this print camisole before with white denim and comfy flats. What do you think of the ensemble?
I’m in the middle of a transition and my hair’s state has long changed since then.
What did you make of my print ensemble? How do you wear prints?
Most important of all, have you ever found any goodies in the middle of a massive clear out?
