Outfit Of The Day. The last time I wrote those words in a blog post I was ready to pop. I thought I’d be able to just easily bounce back to blogging regularly after my baby’s birth. Alternative facts!
I was unready and completely thrown off. I keep promising myself to produce new content but it’s not happening as swiftly and smoothly as I had hoped. I have reached expert levels at multitasking. I’m currently breastfeeding as I type this post. What’s my schedule? I don’t know. What IS Leslie’s schedule? Motherhood is a mixture of emotions. Nobody warns you about how tough it is. Scratch that. They DO warn you. But nobody goes into the nitty gritty details. It’s tough as nails. At the same time it’s the best experience ever. I wouldn’t trade it for anything else.
Today is Valentines Day and I’m celebrating being totally in love with my 2 and a half months old. I know it’s not original. But it’s the truth. We’ve had to find a baby-friendly restaurant for our Valentines lunch/ dinner as Leslie insists on not being left out on this day.
We’ve moved recently and it’s taken me a while to find a new shooting location. Alas, we found one really close by that will do! I was sucking in my tummy like my life depended on it. Lmao ?? Can you tell? Urghhhh. I’m currently being resourceful and using things around the house to exercise as I’ve had to forfeit my gym membership. We’ll see how that works out for me.
How about a little self love this Valentines Day? Not only about couples y’know ?
Thanks for stopping. X
