S M O O T H O P E R A T O R: 3 weeks post my first laser hair removal treatment @birminghamprivateclinic and my legs are still smooth AF 🙌🏾 I haven’t needed even a quick trim since. ⁣My only regret is why didn’t I go this SOONER?! My first session dispelled a lot of misconceptions I’ve always had about laser treatments. ⁣⁣1. It can definitely be done on dark skin. ⁣2. You can still get your bikini area (full Hollywood 😜) done on your period as long as you are comfortable 🙌🏾👌🏾 ⁣⁣What a weight off my shower routine this has been especially as my regrowth is normally super quick. Have you ever had laser treatment? #ad #gifted #laserhairremoval

New Skin Care Trends to Add to Your 2019 Beauty Routine

By Posted on 0 Comments 52 views

Everyone wants to look more beautiful and, attractive. One of the key ways to appear more appealing is to take care of your skin. You can look after your skin by using reliable skin care products.

As stated in Elite Daily, the beauty of many skin care products is the scientific knowledge behind them. With each skin care product, you will be capable of knowing how it works. You will be able to understand how it makes the skin to react and, how it helps to achieve the results it promises.

Nowadays, skin care products rival make-up products. This is due to the growing interest and demand for the supply of skin care products. Furthermore, everyone is interested in having a healthy and, glowing skin.

It’s hard to resist the temptation of trying out new skin care trends. After all, we all would like to have well-nourished and, healthy skin.

With just about ten months left in 2019, here are three new skincare trends to incorporate in your beauty routine:

Witch Hazel

As highlighted by Google Analytics, the online searches for the term ‘witch hazel’ have increased by a rate of 305% in 2019. This means that more and more people are getting interested in this product.

As the name of the product suggests, witch hazel can produce a magical effect on your skin. Witch hazel is just a typical plant, but it has a vital skin care component which is called tannin.

Tannin works as an astringent. With the help of tannin, inflamed skin will be cleansed and calmed.

Therefore, if you have inflamed skin; you should incorporate witch hazel into your daily routine. You should apply the witch hazel first; then followed by your favourite moisturizer.

However, steer clear from buying witch hazel which has alcoholic content. Witch hazels with a percentage of alcohol will make your skin to be super dull and dry.

Natural Deodorants

As humans, we are all prone to sweating. However, sweat is stinky and,can be unpleasant. This is where deodorants and antiperspirants come in.

In 2019, many people will shift from using regular deodorants and antiperspirants to start using natural deodorants. Using a natural deodorant will be the in-thing this year. This is because a natural deodorant does not contain harsh chemicals such as aluminium as opposed to the normal ones and, antiperspirants.

As a rule of thumb, you should always use deodorants in preference to antiperspirants. Antiperspirants typically have gel-like substances which can block your sweat ducts. When your sweat ducts are blocked, you won’t be able to sweat anymore. Not being able to sweat is unhealthy; since you will be interfering with the overall functioning of your body’s excretory system.

On the other hand, deodorants will kill the bacteria that usually interact with your body sweat to produce a bad smell. Deodorants will thus enable you to sweat naturally; while eliminating the foul odour in the process.

However, some deodorants may contain aluminium compounds; which make them block your sweat pores. This is why many people this year are hyped towards using a natural deodorant as opposed to a regular one.

Natural deodorants are made from natural and, eco-friendly products. These products will not inhibit the normal functioning of your skin in any way. With them, you are guaranteed to feel fresh each passing moment of the day.

As asserted by Allure, Bakuchiol was introduced to the general public in 2018, and up to date; people are still going crazy over it. In 2019, more and more people will be shifting from retinol to bakuchiol. Although retinol brings about many skin care benefits; it can also irritate your skin. Retinol helps to even your skin tone and, to reduce wrinkles and fine lines on your skin.

Bakuchiol is slowly turning out to be an alternative to retinol. Bakuchiol is gentler when compared to retinol, and it can’t irritate your skin. It is derived from the Psoralea corylifolia plant.

As retinol, bakuchiol has many health benefits. It helps to boost the formulation of new epidermal cells; thus making your skin to glow in the process. It also reduces the signs of photodamage which is caused by long-term exposure to the sun. Bakuchiol will also assist you to look younger; because it reduces the signs of ageing.  You can purchase this skin care product either online or from a local beauty store.

In 2019, these skin care products will be booming and, will have a large demand to supply ratio. So, you should incorporate these trends and, products to your routine. These products should be used daily so that you can achieve the best and, most desired results.
