Cameroonian Designer Audrey Unveils new Lookbook ‘Essence’ for Uzuri Couture

It’s TGIF my stunners! Because I like to open my weekends with a bang I’m bringing you Uzuri Couture. Uzuri Couture is an African inspired fashion clothing brand started by Cameroonian stylista Audrey NM (check out her Style Diary). She has impeccable taste! Based in Amsterdam, Audrey fashions some of the most amazing jackets and dresses I have seen. She has just released the latest collection for her line and it is called Essence.

Essence by Uzuri Couture takes you into the Uzuri Couture woman in all her glory. She has multiple facets and her style matches her being. Each piece of clothing carries the name of a woman, representing her essence of life and individual style. The colour palette withing the collection consists of red, white, black and royal blue. These colours have been chosen to emphasize the meaning of each piece and the collection as a whole as each colour plays an important role in life plus adds vitality and harmony. The materials used to create a beautiful dynamic are leather, wool, crêpe, cottons, waxprint, batik and seersucker.
