My full name is Lydia Epangué Enjema. I was named after my paternal grandmother, Lydienne. Hence Lydie. Idylle is my name spelled backwards in French.
I was born on 6 May. My star sign is Taurus, obvs.
I’m a twenty something year old (don’t pry!) Cameroonian. (UPDATED: Well, 30 now…) Born and raised in Limbe. My Dad is a Francophone Bakossi native from Nkongsamba (osso osso!) and my Mummy dearest a Bakweri from Muea.
I’m a Digital Development Officer by day and blogger and content creator by night (and weekends).

Favourite movie of all time is …there are so man urghhhh. Inglorious Basterds, Pulp Fiction…urghhhh! I’ll come back to this.
My favourite show is…Office UK. Oh dear, I didn’t want it to end. Ricky Gervais is the funniest living person. Alan Partridge’s Mid Morning Matters is another favourite.
I love watching…way too many TV shows! Scandal, Jane the Virgin, Wentworth, Insecure, Project Runway, Devious Maids, Britain’s & Ireland’s Next Top Model, House of Cards, An African City, iZombie, Stranger Things… You name it, I’ll add it to my watch list queue. Hahaha, poor Matty has to sit through them too.
My all-time role models are Beyonce, Chimamanda Ngozi, Maya Angelou.
I could eat Ben & Jerry’s One Love ice cream on waffles for days. SOOOOO GOOOOD.
Fashion role models are – Rihanna, Olivia Culpo, Kerry Washington, Solange Knowles, Blake Liveley & Genevieve Nnaji. YAASSSS! I would like to be like … Lupita Nyongo’o because… she defied every odd.
